Making Appointments

Consultations are by appointment. Every effort is made to accommodate unexpected or urgent consultations . Appointments are usually made at 15 minute intervals. For your first visit a thirty minute appointment is preferred to allow more time for your full medical history to be obtained.

Please tell the receptionist when making your appointment if you think you need more time. If you are unable to attend a booked appointment we greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible.

Every attempt is made to ensure that you are seen close to your appointment time. As excellent medical care is our first priority, occasional delays may occur.

Telephoning Your Doctor/Test Results

It is possible for you to speak briefly with your Doctor on the telephone if the need arises. To ensure confidentiality test results are not usually given over the telephone: a brief follow up consultation is needed.
